How can a father get full custody of infant when mother is bipolar, violent and has 3 felonies for drugs, DUI, and fleeing the police in FL
The 3 felonies were acquired within 21 days. The mother has been living with her parents most of her 38 years. they keep paying her legal fees and are trying to stop my minimal visitation trying to cause an argument so they can call the police on me for bogus claims that they are actually doing to me. my atty has filed a petition for an injunction to keep my son in FL since the mother keeps threatening to leave and not let me know where. the mother and her father are trying to bully me into marrying her. the verbal abuse has gone on for months from her and her family. I told them I will not marry her when the relationship is so broken because of her violence and yelling. they just don't get it. no one wants to be berated. the mother is also narcissistic and is in denial of any of her mental issues also I am very concerned for the health, safety and overall well being of my son being around all of the mental issue and medications the mother is supposed to be taking. the mother tried to trap me into marrying her by getting pregnant. I have an atty and so does she. it will be very ugly for my infant son. my question is are there any key words to use for my atty or the judge to get full custody?
