How do I lose weight?
I tried dieting and doing extreme exercises for 3 weeks but only lost 2 pounds total. I eat healthy and I am not starving myself, but since my body is used to such large quantities of food, when I eat healthy my body thinks I am starving myself and I go into starvation mode which causes me to binge. how do I get out of this bad cycle? high school starts in a month and I am going to regular camp for the next two weeks where dieting and excessive will be impossible, then for the last two weeks I am doing intensive highschool sports preseason workouts. I just want to lose 20+ pounds. dieting is insanely hard for me and past experiences have proved that working out just won't be enough
