Ok so I'm starting a diet... More like a "I think I'll exciersize till i can't walk and starve myself for a month" plan.. Please read below
I'm planning on running six miles a day and doing lots and lots of jumping jacks, push ups, squats (around 300 a day each) and having a cup of yogurt for breakfast, a small sandwich for lunch, and small portions of meat, starch foods, and vegetables for dinner. do you think I'll get sick? will I even loose weight?
