Find a really comfortable place that is away from noisy things
Some people watch tv and than they fall asleep try it maybe will work for you
Close your eyes and count sheeps (and i know it's a little bit crazy but it works)

Concentrate on the feel and sound of your breathing. If other thoughts that might interfere with going to sleep creep into your head, back to exclusively noticing your breathing.
