Customer want stucco put on bottom of his home, already have brick, how do I go about doing this?

Report as

You can put stucco at the bottom of the house by choosing the right kind. They come in different modified systems including traditional three-coat, proprietary one-coat systems and even EIFS. Mix the appropriate coats, which is essential for application. Find more info from http://legacyhomeinspections.ca/pdf/Stucco.pdf.

Ask a realtor if stucco will hurt the resale value.

There are some videos, like this one on YouTube... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQo3HIUzxU8

But honestly, if you aren't sure what you are doing, you should probably subcontract to someone in your area that has experience doing that type of work. Otherwise you could end up with a very irate customer if it's not done right, or worse having to fix mistakes out of your own budget.
