they were always fine with kids coming over but a few I think have aggravated them and not sure if that's the problem

Your cats are attacking people?
Are you sure they aren't playing?
Cats, especially ones that have been with people their entire lives, don't usually "attack" people.

They are learning all about "their kitty-hood boundaries." They are learning they can bounce, pounce, claw, grab, bite, and play. Unless these certain kids are harassing them and they have hair standing up, back arched and hissing, they are just "being boy kittens!" They may know something we don't about these people. Animals do have a good sense of this. When these kids come over, they may need to be supervised. The kids and the kittens. Please don't forget to get them fixed. You and your kittens are doing just fine! Make sure they have play toys.. busy balls and things work wonders to utilize that energy! :) Have fun!

I wish that's all it was we found them last year in November so they aren't really small my nephew came in and the cat walked over he let him pet him them swatted him in the face and jumped at him he was growling he never does this that's why I was worried

I am calling Monday about taking turns getting them fixed I didn't want to have to but if we keep them I will probably have them declawed also it might be safer

It's an excellent question and you are good to be worried. Some people may think I'm a little out there, but I do think animals have a "sense" we don't. Some people and animals, (your kitties) might not see "eye to eye." They may feel they are protecting you too. I adore all animals and it does sound like you are a great pet owner. These kittens are lucky to have found you. If they are going to be indoor/outdoor cats, something I highly reccommend, I wouldn't declaw them. Ask your vet though. They will know best. You have fun with them. I wish I had one. Take Care and have a nice weekend :)
