you definitely need to see a psychiatrist....they will sort it out for you. i used to have them but dont anymore. meds help but if there are underlying issues causing the attacks a therapist is very helpful and healthy along with med treatment.
I used to get them after I had a stroke. It triggered PTSD. I found that cognitive behavioral therapy was very helpful in teaching me to control the panic attacks pretty quickly. I did not have to rely on anti anxiety medication for the panic attacks but I know that can be helpful for some people. These panic attacks sound like they really interfere with your life. Go seek some relief. The cure isn't bad at all.
