What's a fast way to fix my posture? Plz read details

I have forward head and closed shoulders, went to a chiro but they just stole my money, I'm 25 and I hate the way I look in a mirror.

I don't know how "fast" it will be but,
Dead-lifts with the addition of a shoulder roll up and back at the apex of the lift.
Videos for proper technique of dead-lifts can be seen on YouTube, just add the shoulder roll.
Lateral flies also help.
And daily lay on a 2 - 3 inch diameter foam pad from base of neck to lower back along the spine.

Stand up straight, sleep on your back, and when you sit don't slouch

I've tried but it doesn't work

It doesn't work because you stop. Do it your entire life and you'll never have bad posture.

martin.. You're right, just telling yourself not to slouch, and to stand straight doesn't work;
You have to change your physique,
and body-building can do that.

Really? I don't know what I'm talking about? When I was in 7th grade I was overweight and had horrible posture. I kept straining muscles and had pain in my back, then I did everything I said above and haven't had any pain since. You don't need to body-build. You're the one that doesn't know what you're talking about.

Well if it really bugs you, like it did for me, I'd just look around and see all these people with bad posture and be reminded to sit straight up or have a straight back. Plus, my parents and friends nag me about it.
