Is it good or bad to workout everyday?
I've had a bad headache recently and I don't know why. It might be because I workout everyday
You need at least one day of the week where you can rest. Try not to do the same workouts everyday. Alternate cardio and weights. You can't weightlift everyday because you risk injuring your muscles.
you have to rest at least for one day to let your body recover.
Take a break from that and just walk no running or lifting weights n when you think your ready start it again
i workout everyday and is good, but you have to workout very hard if you wanna see the result, & i don't headache maybe because i'm a strong person.
