Can you get tan at 11:00? Is 11:00 a good time to lay out and tan, or is it too early?

thinking of laying out before I have to leave somewhere at a quarter to 1. is 11:00 too early?

^Yeah, I agree with what 40dawg said. If you are out during those hours you'll definitely get a tan

As long as the sun is shining over you, go for it

If the sun is up and shining, then yes you can :) but don't tan for a long period of time because its very bad for your skin

Anywhere between 12:30 and 3:30 is when the sun shines best.

10:00 am to 1:00 pm is the best time.
Any time you have to squint, even if it is overcast, you are getting sun.
Pure shea butter is great for before and after tanning.

It's ok! That's still helpful because I still like to tan and I prefer earlier anyway because it is so dang hot outside! I only tan every now and again, and I use a timer so I don't over do it, but it is HOT! Think I'm going to do a session at the tanning bed again so I don't need to tan as long. Shea butter... Ok sounds good. :)
