How do I lose weight before my b-day which is July 27th. I just wanna lose a little weight cuz I'm going to a waterpark

Running makes your legs longer and leaner, eat healthy, and/or do sit-ups :) those help strengthen your abdominal muscles

I'd go on a diet and do a lot of crunches and running. That's what I'm going to do before I go to the beach the 31st :)

the most weight you can PROBABLY lose in 6 days is 1-2 lbs...
you don't want to lose more than that...
