If there is no light coming into the chloroplasts, how will this affect the Calvin cycle?

Report as

If there is no light coming into the chloroplasts, the Calvin Cycle will continue as long as there is energy from the storage molecules NADPH and ATP. Therefore, the cycle will not continue without once energy is depleted and the light independent stage does not capture any more from lack of light. See more details at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calvin_cycle and http://www.chacha.com/question/if-there-is-no-light-coming-into-the-chloroplast-how-will-this-affect-the-calvin-cycle.
