Just ate a bite of a mini-glazed donut. Ok now, still shaking, but upon swallowing it,mouth/tongue went numb, got dizzy, almost passed out?

What happened? Called my mother and as I explained to her, she calmed me down and I was fine. But was this some kind of allergic reaction or shock? Stroke? I am 23F and not diabetic as far as I know.

No, I'm not vomiting or anything. I spit out what I hadn't swallowed yet. And food poisoning takes awhile. My family has been eating these donuts for three days.

To what though? I've never been allergic to anything else before. I've eaten them before. I've eaten breakfast today, gotten plenty of sleep...this was so terrifying that I almost called 911 before I called my mother about it. And I am not a hypochondriac to begin with.

find out the ingrediences, and keep track of what you eat, its sounds like a food allergy. has this happened before? Maybe stay away from donuts.

I would go to the doctor for help it sounds a lot more serious than anything I've ever heard of or it may just be allergies who knows.

Sounds like an allergic reaction. You need to see a doctor. He'll run some tests and might be able to tell you exactly what it is. Until then you could take some allergy medicine. But I'd try and make it pretty quick.
