How does internet banking help improve customer service

Well, it does and it doesn't. It's open 24 hrs a day, so that's good. But if you have a special need that can't be done over the internet, you are SOL. If you want some cash quick, you gotta go to an ATM (and a fee) instead of to the bank. Or if a check has a problem, you can try and work it out on the phone, but then still have to send it. Also, there can be a delay if you mail in your deposit, since it still has the same delay after they get it.

With internet banking, a customer does not have to stand on long queues on banking halls to make a transaction. It also let customers do banking business at their own convenient time without rushing against banking hours. Internet banking also allows easy and fast transfer of money with just a click.
