Is something wrong with me?

lately I can't sleep well. I'm usually up till 8am being the latest and asleep till 12am. I don't really stay up much in general, I like sleeping but I haven't been able too :/ for the past 3 weeks. are there ways to get me to sleep all night ? i don't know why I haven't been able to sleep for awhile. its getting really hard to fall asleep by the day. any advise would be nice , thanks

Find something relaxing like listening to a fan or even soft music. Cold packs usally help me because I'm always hot. Your bodys getting use too the schedule of staying up and getting up at a certain time. You have to break the schedule and get up a lot earlier with an alarm yes you'll be tired but stick it out till a time where you want a set time for bed then keep going on the routine. Try tiring yourself out during the day so when it comes time for bed you'll be very tired.

Have you been anxious? Or have Anxiety? Are you worried about something? Do you feel tired?

Sometimes this happens to me when my friends are over and we stay up the whole night doing stuff. Infact, it's 1:23AM and i'm still not asleep!

it happens to me many time
so you can drink tea before going to sleep or take a shower.

its most likely your sleeping pattern cuz I'm like that too (its 4am here).
