You can't lose much weight in 2 weeks. Calories burned > Calories consumed. Eat healthy. Drinks lots of water. Lots of fruits and veggies. Exercise. You could lose 1-2 pounds per week, so 2-4 pounds in two weeks. Good luck.
Takes a lot of work and time. Look at even the biggest loser people work out till they can't breath and they only loose s certain amount a week. Thats also with eating healthy and sleeping right, drinking lots of water. Main factor is just work hard and be patient youll get there!
