intense cardio will start burning away all the fat in your body, so it could potentially work within a week depending on your current size. If it's only that ten pounds you mentioned in your last question, you could manage to burn at least 6 of that in a week, maybe more with a low calorie diet.
you're not going to get It by next week, sorry. but you can simply exercise AT LEAST 3 times a week and cut down your proportions. HOWEVER, AVOID STARVING YOURSELF AT ALL COSTS. that is guaranteed to make you gain more weight because your brain will go into starvation mode. you can exercise by doing anything cardio. like running, jogging, biking, etc. also avoid sugary drinks like soda and even concentrated fruit juice. Ideally, to lose weight you should only drink water. hope this helps, and good luck! :)
get the book thr virgin diet! it is amazing! you lose 7lbs in a week. and it 10x healtheir than weight watchers. basically you cut out th3 following from your diet for 21 days... corn, sugars and sweetners, corn, soy, peanut, gluten, dairy and eggs
Drink as much water as you possibly can and eat high fiber foods...bran cereals (raisin bran, granola). There are some really good high fiber bars out there, (which contain- oats, granola, dark choc. chips/peanut butter). LOTS of salad, (but NOT the regular "ice berg head of lettuce" for this has little to no nutritional value!) Get SPINACH leaves. This taste just like salad, but has phenominal nutrition! Use a measured 2-Tbsp of fat free dressings. Did I mention 'EAT LOTS OF SALAD?' lol. The high fiber food will get any excess waste stirred up and the water will flush it out of your system/body. Do as many sit ups as possible daily...100- broke up in thirds...33 in the am, 33 at noon, 34 in the evening. (But a few hrs. before bedtime as exercise can keep you awake.) Of course, this is all well and good, if you are talking a small bump belly. Nine times out of ten, you just need to be 'cleansed'! If you're talking anything more than 'vanity weight', it's going to take healthy eating & exercise over a longer period of time! You didn't gain it in a week and you won't lose it in a week either! Beauty, it depends if your stomach is bloated or with the utmost respect, weight gain. Drink water with lemon. Nothing else. Lemon is a natural diuretic which will flatten your stomach and release the bloat. Take a bottle of water, slice the lemon thin, squeeze the juice in the bottle and stuff the entire slices inside the bottle. Make a few bottles because by the end of the day, the water will taste more like lemon rinds. You will void more for the first few days however, once your body knows you will replenish it with water, the bloating will stop. Good luck...
