You should probably first visit a dermatologist and get a prescriptive pimple cream that will help get rid of your pimple. Avoid popping it all costs, because doing this may leave a scar. Icing it down will also be helpful.
I'm sorry I can't recommend anything else but "x-out" and "proactive"... If you can't really do that you'll have to push through it, it will go away faster if you don't touch it at all, if you do, more oils from your hand will infect it more.... sorry I couldn't reccomend anything else but.... that's what really helps it. :)
Don't pop it, as tempting as it is. You could use a warm compress (a washcloth wet with very warm water) on it for as long as the cloth stays warm. That might help it heal faster. Everyone gets a zit occasionally in a bad spot - it's just the way life is during the teen years. Wash twice a day; use some benzoyl peroxide cream to help it along if you want.
The best thing that worked for me was getting an acne-cleansing Clarisonic brush and cream. Once you scrub your face, focusing on your pimple. That will clean it up so it'll go away faster. After you use the brush on it, get Boscia Green Tea Blotting Linens and wipe your face with one. It'll get rid of the oil and guck that's causing pimples. Then just don't touch it.
