Is this normal or healthy? Read Below.

Usually when it's summer, I always end up sleeping at 3 P.M At Night. Then I usually wake up to about 1 A.M. Is this healthy or normal?

It's not unhealthy because you're still getting 10 hours of sleep, but you're just going to sleep earlier in the day.

its not exactly healthy for your sleep schedule to completely flop, but its definitely normal.

You should get a night job, like a nurse. Some people are just "night owls!" It's all good.

I always enjoyed night work. You're out and doing while the world sleeps and home and sleeping while everybody else works. Appeals to the anti-socialist in me.

10 hours is the amount of time people in their teens should sleep.

It's fine. But, try to get your sleeping schedule back in order BEFORE school begins.
