Hi I'm going on vacation in April with my boyfriend and I want to lose some weight! I'm 15 and about 120 pounds. Any suggestions?
Ok wow you dont need to lose weight im 14 and weigh 130 and im not fat problem is you think your fat but if your bf loved u he would think your perfect PERIOD
To tell you the truth you probably do not need to lose weight at all just eat a healthy diet daily, run everyday, and do what you like to do have fun i like to skip rope and do yoga.
