Whatever kind allows you to scream "Kee-ya" and kick a dude in the gahoofas. On a serious note, Jujitsu is supposed to teach more defensively. You're supposed to wait for the right moments to hit your opponent in the weak areas, like pressure points in the neck. But it also focuses on the defense.
I am taking Karate right now, & they teach you really good methods & aren't hard to learn. You don't actually have to take Karate because, I am pretty sure you can find some tips and moves on Youtube and just practice with someone in your family.
