I drank 8 glasses of water today and exercised for 30 minutes, i will keep doing this, every day, but when will i see results?

you should exercise for 60 minutes. first 10 minutes of of stretches. next 10 minutes of core exercise next 5-10 minutes of running. next 10 minutes of drills and agility training. last 20 minutes have fun and just run around jumping throwing the basketball as far as possible and try to make it. that should change you

it won't be fast, you might lose 1 or 2 pounds a week depending on your eating habits

that's refer to your effort but it won't take less than a month in the average
and running is the best way

It depends on what else you are eating throughout your day and the quantity. If anything I would avoid carbs (such as bread, potatoes, starch, etc.) because thats how many americans gain the majority of their weight these days

It will take a few weeks. If you start hard you may loose a few pounds the first week, then may not loose any for a few weeks. I say don't weigh yourself for a month.
