About a third of my hypnosis clients are for weight management. The reason it works when diets don't is you're not asked to give up something you want. You don't want deserts, sweets, late night eating, fattening snacks, large quantities, sweetened sodas, etc. If you don't really want them, you don't miss them. There's no sacrifice. You're satisfied with what you eat, the amount you eat, when you eat and where you eat. You actually enjoy exercising more and drinking more water. In other words....you don't miss what you don't want. It's painless so you stick with it and the pounds fall away. Look into it. It works.
