What can i do to help my anger to not take it out on myself

like with punches and crap i will beat myself when i get mad enough i hate to talk about it like my recent question about youtube i have gotton so mad and i hate it when i do so it gets worse idk what to do its not bad where im harming others only myself like beat my own head or go outside and run into a wall or something like that i tried counting but thats stupid to me and then saying words like oom whoes gonnna do that

How about you find another way to vent. Maybe you can start writing about your frustration, sometimes you'd be surprised at the funny or sometimes poetic things you write when you are angry, sad or just plain frustrated. If writing is not your thing maybe drawing or anything that is creative. How about even yoga or some type of martial arts.

Go to ur room and punch a pillow or scream in the pillow I've heard that works
