If you spend a lot of time outside with your phone then you should probably consider the LifeProof case. It's a very reliable case for drops on the floor, in water, or just about anything. Another good case is the Sector 5. It's a nice looking carbon-fiber case that's easy to customize and is reliable for your every-day drops.
Lifeproof though it is expensive, its either 80 dollars or 100+ for a new phone. Lifeproof is waterproof, mudproof, freezeproof, and pretty crackproof too, depending how you drop it..otter box is a less expensive choice, but only helps you not crack a screen( though they are big and bulky, they help) i dont mean the rubber only ones i mean like rubber and plastic, or just plastic.
