My bearded dragon WILL NOT drink water. No matter what I do. And I don't want him to get sick

he is 10 months old. I bath him often and mist him daily. I also hav a big water dish that I plop him in once and a while. I hav tried the finger wiggle thing in the water, nothing. used a seringe, he bites it off. I have had a bearded dragon before and he died from dehydrated I think. but I was young. I love my beardie and don't want him to die :( help

This is actually quite common in beardies. Most dragons don't recognize standing water as something to drink and a lot of dragon keepers don't even bother with a water bowl. (Just something else to clean and disinfect every day).Bearded Dragons get their best hydration with a bath once a week, or even twice a week for your babies.I would advise not to put a waterfall in there as it could raise the humidity and a high humidity can give a dragon a respiratory infection.

You could mist him right into his mouth too.
