Most viruses have to run their course. One thing that has helped me is to sip on orange juice (very small amounts) or do a small amount of grapefruit. Be sure to keep your stomach coated with a good simethecone liquid such as Gaviscon.

once the lovely nausea kicks in i always would have lots of water/ Gatorade with a bit of water mixed because of all the sugar if you want to eat something try crackers first if you can hold those down try toast later on if you can try a soup that would always help me (plus its my grandmas solution for everything "broken leg? try some soup" lol " also don't be afraid to puke it is natural and your body is trying to get rid of all the bad stuff in it holding it in will make you feel worse
