With all due respect, lumping everyone into your question is a misperception on your part. There is so much hatred in our world and the word 'hate' is not a part of my vocabulary. We might dislike a person or 'something' however, hate is a very strong word, a useless emotion, which causes turmoil within the person who 'hates'...
The feeling of hatred is brought by anger. If someone or something makes you angry, you tend to hate. In most cases, people direct their hate to the wrong people and ends up having many enemies. Jealousy is also another source of anger.

Speak for yourself, some of us don't hate anybody, maybe dislike, but not hate. In the West, we are taught to "Love even our enemies", we don't have the same level of "hated" seen in other parts of the world. The instinct of distrust on the other hand is a self-defense mechanism built into us over a million years of evolution.

Personally I have never hated anyone(not even my ex).I believe that some people do not deserve our love and that you can dislike them immensely..to the point of crying but HATRED NO.When one harbours such feelings I believe it's because they don't love or respect themselves enough and so hate others just because there are others to hate other than themselves.
more then likely when someone hates someone its becuase of something that person has did to them like bully's you can't compromise or negotiate with them. onces they find that person to mess with they keep going till they get tired making that person possibly grow a deep hatred for that person
I can honestly say I don't hate anyone . To hate takes way to much energy from a person and gives the other to much power . I know this may sound funny , but I could simple careless . I would never allow someone that satisfaction of hate . Not worth my time !!
