Partly the reason middle section fat is so common is because of horomone fluctuations in women and men as they age (especially men losing testosterone) and a stress horomone called Cortisol that puts it right on your waistline...Plus your genetic body type: Endomorph, Ectomorph or Mesomorph. Without a doubt im no Dr Oz but i know how to shed fat,and diet is number 1 no matter your age or your exercise habits. One could have perfect exercise routines but a not so great diet and it throws it out the window. Diet is mainly to blame with middle section fat.
