What are all the name endings in Japanese, and what do they mean? Like chan for an example.

Chan, usually for family (obachan, nee-chan, etc. sama (usually for addressing teachers) san (most general, used commonly with people's last names) example : tanaka-san. Then theres -kun, which is normally used with the names of close friends or familiar people with whom you are no longer on formal terms with, but are informal.
