When I work out my legs get bigger. how do I keep them that way...?
I have really thin legs ,so ive been working out to get muscle. ive been working out on my thighs cause I have a gap and I want to get rid of it. so when I workout they get really tight ,that my gap goes away and I like it. how do I keep my legs to stay like that, cause after the tightness goes away I actually feel my thighs skinnier than before
