How do I get rid of anxiety for good, I don't have time for yoga or breathing methods, something I can do on weekends prob.
I haven't been Diagnosed with anxiety but it runs through the family and I'm pretty sure I just got out of depression, my anxiety is mostly worrying 24/7 about anything and everything and getting sick every morning to the point were my Zantac pills won't work, it's gotten a little better but I think it's transferring over to OCD and I am not positive it is but some of the same feelings I'm getting are the same ones I'm getting from when I was a child. Getting acres f something isn't facing the right way or something that something bad will happen and I'm getting stressed over it but my mom doesn't know this. she knows I probably have a good deal of anxiety but I'm scared of therapist and they're a great deal of money, she won't let me just take pills so it'll fix it and probably work dated if not better so I'm just kinda sitting with it. Highschool started so I'm occupied but it just keeps coming back whenever I finally relax and it ruins everything, but I'm getting more into school and the stress and worrying is coming back and I'm not sure what todo about it on my own and my mom is being of no help, I just need the quickest way out so I can move on without this baggage, any ideas on how?
