I'm 4'11 ,15 years old, weigh 172, pounds most weight is in my thighs, and lil bit in my stomach what are some good workouts for me to do

What are some calories, or what are some protein shakes or stuff i need to take and do, im not use to working out and i wanted to know what thing i should know or do

Well I lost 30 lbs just by running 30 mins at the park atleast 4 times a week, I didn't stop eating my food I just. Eat less, for example I used to eat 3 sandwiches in the morning, I went down to 2. It took me 2 months. Hope it helps

Since you didn't state your goal, I have to assume you intend to lose weight on the areas you mentioned. First, your diet must be on point, you need to eliminate the junk food, fats, and sugar. Observe portion control. Drink water like its going out of style, give up sodas. Then, cardio my friend, you must elevate your heart rate for at least 30 to 45 minutes per day more than you do now. Train your core. Do not do heavy resistance leg exercise, as you don't want your legs to grow larger, right? Keep in mind even the best efforts cannot overcome genetics. If you carry your weight in your lower body, you will always be thick there. Commit to the work and good luck.
