my baby got eczema and yesterday I used gentle natural eczema relief cream and my her face turn into red. that's means its working?

I tried every thing. it's never going away. she keep scratching. what do you guys recommend me.

I was born with eczema I'm not sure what my mom did as a child but I use baby oil right out of the shower without any drying off. I have had the effects of eczema for more than 30 years. I'm sure baby oil will help you. Babies skin loses moisture faster than adults do so. So during the day use lots of lotions. No perfumed ones though cause it will help dry the skin.

Yes, see the doctor. But also: Aquaphor ointment. Give her a bath and put the ointment on before she is all the way dry to trap the moisture in her skin. Also change her diet, she is probably allergic to something that she is eating regularly. My baby had eczema from eggs. Now she is a teenager and she is beautiful.
