One cannot exist w/out the other. In a nutshell. 3 forms of water are: liquid, gas/mist, & ice. 3/4 of our planet is H2O. In order to have "climate" our sun evaporates(gas/mist) the ocean to form clouds. Some forms of clouds create rain, which returns the water back to the oceans, plants on land, and our heads too! The icebergs are a big player too. As our atmosphere weakens, they are melting. This is thinning the salt content in the oceans which is a HUGE problem. Let's all try to be environmentally aware everyday! Thanks for a great question.
