Run a mile everyday and type up 6 minute ab workouts and do 10 pushups every time you wake up out of bed and 10 pushups before you go to bed and 20 crunches everyday and drink water everyday you'll loose some weight but not 80 pounds in month just keep doing this everyday and you'll see results.
Did you gain the 80 pounds in 1 month? Probably not. Weight is best lost slowly. No way can you lose 80 pounds that quickly and keep all your body parts intact, unless you have a freakishly large tumor removed.
It's unhealthy to lose 80 pounds in one month and quite frankly I don't think it's possible. Workout and regulate your diet. If you really need results and are willing to become unhealthy turn to a vegetable broth and homemade pulp free apple juice diet. Liquids go through to body quick. No wheat at all. I cannot stress that enough. If you can't stick to broth, only veggies. No dairy, no red meat. High protein and fibre. Laxatives are extremely unhealthy but they work somewhat.
I lost 40lbs in one month...I didn't eat anything all month bit I was barely 80lbs (originally 120) and the doctor said only reason I wasn't dead yet is because j drank soo much water I think about 2 gallons a day....ya I would not recommend that and its hard as hell to eat again. took almost 2 yrs to get from 80 to 100lbs...
