I want to be 98 lbs in 5 weeks; *best* recommendations?

Trying to achieve 98 lbs and I need to know what i'm doing.
Stats:
Age: 14
Height: 5"3
Weight: 158.7 lbs
Gender: Female

Please help!

That is ridiculously underweight. About 120 is a better goal

Borris is right. You don't need to be 98 pounds. Lose about 40 or 35 pounds.

The key is having a healthy diet. ex. fruits, veggis, protein. Do NOT starve yourself and make sure to eat enough food. Try running or going for walks as well.

run at least 1 hour a day. do not eat fast food . for breakfast , have salad , eggs , a cup of milk , orange juice , and a sandwich " best if it was a cheese one" ; in lunch, have a cup of soup , chicken " not a lot " , 2 spoons of rice" and some vegetables and salad . between lunch and dinner you're allowed to have some fruits and fresh juice. for dinner eat anything that doesn't have calories. and do not eat after 7:30 ; the 1 hour running is absolutely required . and you must do some exercises at home . like 1 hour. "I hope it helps"

So... since dinner "food" isn't allowed to have calories, she gets only water?

And cheese and eggs are about the WORST foods when you consider fat content versus protein.

look , her goal is unbelievable . it's impossible for her to reach it. I meant , yougurt , milk , fruits. something that doesn't have a lot of calories.

no wait you cant have any juices in your diet if you are trying to loose THAT much weight.

First there is no way to safely lose 60 lbs. in 5 weeks.
Secondly, 98 lbs. will make you underweight.
You need to eat a well balanced diet and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. You will lose weight in a healthy way and will most likely keep it off.

KingBorris is absolutely correct. Not only is it ridiculously underweight, but dangerous. And losing 60 pounds in 5 weeks? Absolutely deadly. Just eat sensibly, and don't try to conform to ridiculous societal ideals... even Hollywood is realizing that emaciated is NOT attractive. At that weight, you would look like a Holocaust survivor.

That's 40% of your body weight in 5 weeks. You could end up with some serious medical issues. Being that skinny for the first day of school isn't worth it.

60 lbs in 5 weeks is not a reasonable weight loss goal. You should aim for weight loss of 3-5 lbs. per week in order to lose unnecessary fat and achieve a healthy weight. This will help to ensure that you keep the weight off. Fad diets that cause you to lose rapidly are dangerous and will not help you keep weight off. Try eating lean meats, fruits, and vegetables and limit you grains to only whole grains. A balanced diet with 1200-1500 calories a day will help you if you are active and otherwise healthy.

Being 14 5'3 you should weight around 100-110. Im 14 5'8 and I weight 125

Exercise, and eat healthy. Cut out any "junk" food. Eat less per meal, but still a healthy amount.

You don't need to lose that much weight. Anyone telling you that you are too heavy are jerks. Don't hang out with them. You seem fine for your height, PLEASE DONT STARVE YOURSELF... it will only make things much worse. So that is the one thing you need to know if you wont take my advice. Other then that, fruits, (not orange juice) and egg whites. NO YOLKS. BTW you arent going to enjoy dieting like this. You need to do what makes you happy. Don't care about what others think of you.
