What exercises should I do and how many?
I really wanna tone up my body and lose a couple pounds. I'm more concerned with my thighs and my tummy. So what exercises should I do and how many? I need a number to do, cuz if I try and set a number for myself I have a tendency to not do them all and convince myself I did enough...so ya. Maybe if I'm told to do a number ill actually do all of them. Hopefully.... anyways thanks!
