I personally love running, find something you like to do. Not that you dread every time you have to do it, you know? Also fruits have tons and tons of healthy benefits, like bananas are a good source of energy etc. etc. That's all I have anyway.. hope it helped :)
If you eat meat, try to eliminate fatty meats and shoot for lean ones like chicken and pork. Portion control is good idea and better to eat more small meals than to binge-eat once a day. Other than that, get a bike or roller blades and move.
Don't smoke, don't fry in the sun, don't worry over things you have no control over. Eat a well balanced diet with lots of veggies and fruits. Laugh and be kind to others! Dance around the house( good exercise) and fun! Have a Kiwi, a top fruit.
