Well you should drink power shakes and lift some weights and get up in in morning and jog and if your really serious jog two miles or until your completely tired then fast walk home if you jog near by your house and to curve your apatite there are these seeded called Chia seeds they really work you just take a spoon full with some water and your not as hungry there are no side effects or anything but I don't know where to get them sorry look them up online and find out where they sell them

Try doing workouts that are fun to you such as dancing, volleyball, basketball etc. it's fun to do sports you enjoy with friends. But most importantly, work on your diet. Eat low calorie foods, and lay off on snacks. Look at the nutrition facts. Also, you can look up healthy meals online. Remember that it will be all worth it And to not give up. Hope this helped! :)
