What is the best way to lose weight? Without any crazy diet pills or drinks.

Ok. I was swimming around my boyfriend today and i had to suck in. Im not very overweight but I feel bad about myself. Does anyone know any diet or exercise ideas? Also I dont wanna have surgery or any crazy stuff like that.

A very good way which worked for me was first eliminating dinner from my daily routine and then taking a walk!
It shouldn't be a professional or hard working one, you can do it for pleasure! Whenever the weather is good or when you want to listen to a good music on ur ipod

Eat smaller healthier portions of food. Exercise for at least five days of the week for 1 hour each day. Do not do the same type of exercise over and over, change it up. One day go running, the next lift weights, and the following day go swimming.

well simple the answer is cut back n exercise. What I mean by that is don't have in between meals anymore if you do set a time to stop eating like I don't eat anything after 9 go walking push ups sit ups but you have to have the will power if you don't have the willpower it will be pretty much impossible.
I've done n still been doing the following I go jogging 2miles every day eat a tad bit of veggies n fruits I drink lots n lots of water n eat whatever I want I don't care lol I do 40pushups 40situps n it works you just have to have the willpower.
example in the beginning I weighed myself n found out I weighed 238 I no I'm fat lol but I did this same thing every day pushed my self every day now I weighed myself today n I weigh 205 it jst takes patients strong willpower motivation why your trying to loose weight n determination I hope this helps sorry it's kinda long jst like to help other's when they need help/advice :)

Actually, in between meals are good. You should eat about 5 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism fired up all day which helps you burn calories faster. Reducing meals may help you lose weight for a while, but it will slow your metabolism down in the long run, which could cause you to gain back the weight (and more) very easily. Be sure to keep your meals light and healthy, steering towards fresh fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, whole grains, protein, etc (you can find tons of easy healthy meal ideas on Pinterest, that's my go to) Stay away from processed foods, and stick to whole foods as much as you can. This will make a HUGE difference. Do cardio at least three times a week and try to incorporate weight training and Pilates as much as you can. You can find tons of great work outs that you can do at home on YouTube. Be sure to eat your last meal at least 4-5 hours prior to going to bed. Do all these things and you will lose the weight and feel incredible. Good luck! :)
