Why can't I sleep?

I woke up at about 6:15 yesterday morning for no reason and I've been up since then. I'm usually asleep by about 10:15-11:15 in the summer time. I'm tired, but not enough to sleep and I don't know why. Is there something wrong with me?

You can buy melatonin in a drug store its post to help you sleep guess that's what your brain uses to register your body's waves of needing sleep. to melatonin is what you need to take before bed every night
