If God said He would never flood the earth like that again after Noah's ark, then why do we have all of these floods distortion earth?
Floods- Natural occurrence here on Earth.Noah's World-Wide Flood- Mythical.
he said he will never flood the whole world. but there are some small floods in some countries only.
None of them are as bad I don't think.
He said He would never cause a global flood again. These are just normal floods.
Have you drowned yet? Have you spent 40 days floating on water with no land in sight? Has the whole world completely gone underwater? Then we've not had another biblical flood.
Genesis 9:15 states God will never send a flood to destroy ALL flesh. So, His promise is to not flood the entire world at one time.
Its called weather...floods been happening since the first raindrop fell upon the Earth o.O
He didn't "say" that. It's just a story.
He said he wouldn't flood the earth like in NOAH's time. Which was the entire world underwater. He didn't say he wouldn't flood again.
He meant he wouldn't flood the world at one time.
Flooding happens when there is too much rain in an area at one time. God has nothing to do with it.
The promise was that the entire earth would never be utterly covered and destroyed by water again, not that nature, in its natural course, would never cause localized flooding.
The Floods that happen are natural occurrences, God does not cause them. The Flood of Noah was not exactly natural and God promised that he would never destroy the Earth by a Flood again.
He meant he wouldn't send any more major floods. All the floods now can hardly be called a flood compared to the Noah's ark flood.
Read Noah. Read Gilgamesh. Read today's flooding. You'll know it never comes close to those two. So God never put another Great Flood again. If He does, we wouldn't be sharing comments on this site anymore, right?
God did say he would not cleanse the world with water again . . . I dont recall him saying anything about FIRE though
There isn't even enough water on earth to flood it all
Global Warming contributes to the melting of polar ice caps and in effect, the sea level tends to rise. It has nothing to do with the Bible.
