I'm a Fitness Specialist and get asked this all the time. 8 to 12 pounds is about the most weight you want to lose in a month, and eating right is first and foremost...push-up, sit-ups, and pull-ups tone nearly every muscle in the body. Do a bunch of variations of the squat to isolate each muscle and bring the intensity to the gym or you're wasting your time and just go with the 30 minute walk every night..
Well i play soccer for my college and the way I always get inshape for even them during off season is a lot of running...but I also eat healther to get the best outcome. I also do push ip and sit up even squats to build up my legs. If you dont like to just straight excerise then go out and find something go play volleyball or soccer at the park go to jumpoline that burns a lot of calories even swimming does just be active
Easy there, you can't lose it ALL in one month. Do what I do (also losing wait pretty well). Moderate what you eat, set up some sort of workout routine for mornings, night, and whenever you feel (pushups, curlups, ab twists, etc.) and whatever active things you like to do like bike ride or swim just do more of.
