I have a really bad time sleeping at night ever sence summer started. (read description)

I sleep at like 10:00 Am and stay up the whole night!! I would wake up at like 4:00 pm. I wanna sleep without wasting the whole day!! I'm always trying to sleep but can't!! even when I'm tired any ideas?

Try melatonin, it's a sleep aid, it works pretty good !

if you wake up around 3 AM or 4 AM someone is watching you, don't mean to scare you but yeah you need to make sure if someone in the house checks up on you.

I sleep at around 10:00 am and wake up at 4:00 pm!

Stay up longer and turn the hours?

Make yourself stay up late. Then set alarm to wake up early. It should reset you the first time. If not keep doing it
