Why should i come office on time? Why managers need to worry about in-time and out-time rather job completion?
Now a days, I am reaching my office at 10:30am. I got no issues with my job performance. But still my mentor asks me to come at 9:00am and do my job. When there is no problem with my job performance why manager have worry about office in-time? This makes me to feel office environment as elementary school.
