What should I use to get paint off of concrete

Report as

Sand blaster works best because of way concrete is textured. A wire brush and a paint remover. Wear safety glasses because a wire brush will throw residual back on you.

Just use a pressure washer. If it has stained the concrete that's when you need to pull out the chemicals and sandblasters.
