Why deep sea dive increase air density and resistance

It's caused by pressure. The deeper you dive the greater the pressure. And air density increases.

As you go further down the weight of the water above you is pushing down because gravity is pulling it toward the Earth.

In deep water more gases dissolve in human blood. Resistance of what?

Gasses get compressed at high pressure (and dissolve more easily) but liquids are comprerssed almost not at all. You see thiws with a piston, like a hypodermic needle. You can compress air molecules but not water.
