i know what you mean i actuallly have bags under my eyes. You should start sleeping early, drinking hot chocolate. NO COFFEE. and maybe even read books. According to scientists watching TV or just electronical devices just before bed can cause a late night.
I have a hard time falling asleep every night. Just turn off your phone. Don't have tv. Don't listen to music and in time you'll sleep. Yea you'll think about things. But keep your eyes closed and don't do anything. Get comfy. And you'll sleep
Please stay away from the hot cocoa... some of it has even more caffeine than coffee. Instead, try warm milk. It contains l-tryptophan, a natural relaxant (it's also found in turkey). If you find the taste objectionable, add some caffeine-free Ovaltine or a bit of your favorite coffee creamer. Also, a warm (NOT hot) bath will help to relax you. If it's your mind that's racing and preventing sleep, take a few minutes to write down your worries. Your mind will consider them temporarily taken care of, and will eventually slow down enough to let you drift off.
