What to do when your jet lagged
Im so jet lagged and so bored. Pleas help me!
Drink water before, during, and after the flight to stave off dehydration. You can also take about 3 milligrams of melatonin a couple of hours before bedtime when you arrive at your destination, and plan to sleep for longer than usual, preferably for 10 hours. Sleep it off.
Motion sickness pills are said to work well on jet lag. Some use Benadryl and then sleep it off. Good luck.
